In the left menu bar you can call up further functions via the app grid. The following options are available:

- switch between Editor and Assistant
- system settings
- Knowledge Base
- send us a message

Using the buttons you can easily switch back and forth between the function levels of the Editor and the Assistant. This way, all functions enabled for your user are available in one app.

The settings menu is again divided into data center, software and users.

In the data center you can manage your <a href="https://support.operations1.com/en/articles/28364-create-tags">tags</a>, <a href="https://support.operations1.com/en/articles/28283-create-classes-and-class-characteristics">classes and class characteristics</a>, <a href="https://support.operations1.com/en/articles/28365-creating-qr-codes-and-units-and-using-the-automator">QR-codes and units as well as access the automator</a>.

You can make further settings in the software section:

Under Assistant you set whether a manual version selection should be possible, you can select a key-based navigation to define which keys should be used for navigation in the Assistant and you can set whether the names of contributors to active documents should be displayed.

Under Webhooks you set an integration of webhooks for reports, orders, tasks or interaction values.

Under License, you can check your license status and upload a license file if necessary.

Under Auth providers you activate your login and store the<a href="https://support.operations1.com/en/articles/28289-active-directory-integration-with-oidc"> necessary Active Directory information</a>.

Under PDF Report you can make further settings. The PDF Report settings can be found explained <a href="https://support.operations1.com/en/articles/28355-export-your-reports-and-insert-your-company-logo-into-pdf-reports">here</a>.

In the Users section you have the possibility to manage your <a href="https://support.operations1.com/en/articles/28306-how-to-create-a-new-user-or-role-and-assign-their-rights-and-functions">users, roles, functions and API permissions</a>. In addition, you can view all <a href="https://support.operations1.com/en/articles/28297-using-the-cli-tool">tokens</a> and the default filters here and delete the ones you no longer need.
