You can create a QR code by clicking on the "New QR code" button in the system settings under QR codes. In the following dialog, enter a character string from which the software automatically generates a QR code. You can later assign the QR codes created here to a document in order to subsequently open this document by scanning the QR code.

Under Units you will find all the units available in the system. These units can be easily assigned in the documents to make numbers interpretable. If you are missing a unit, simply create it using the "New unit" button.

With the help of the Automator you can easily import all images from an existing manual based on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or Excel into the software. To do this, go to Automator in the data center. Now click on the gray field under action or drag a document to import into it.

Now you can click on next step in the upper area, provided that the document to be imported has been selected.

In the next step you can select which images you want to import. As soon as at least one image has been selected, you can switch to generation by clicking Next. For the generation you have to choose if you want to insert the images into a new document or into an existing document or if you want to use all images as global assets. With a click on Start generation, all selected images will be imported.
