What are tags

The term "tags" comes from English and means "marking" or "label". Tags can be used to categorize content and topics. In this case, the categorization is used to find content or to get information about the content. For example, a text about the use of tablets in an industrial environment might be tagged "tablet," "industrial," and "technology." You can find this text using the tags via search functions and at the same time directly know the topic of the article.

Create tags

Go to the tags via the data center in the system settings and click the "New Tag" button.

Tags overview

When creating a tag, the following data fields are available:

Create tag

Description: Give the tag a name, such as the first tag "Tablet" for the example.

Create for: Here you can select whether a tag should be used for a document or for an interaction.

Tag Category: For an interaction tag, you can select here for which type of interaction you want to assign this tag. In the overview table you can see which tags have been created and in how many documents they are used.
