Changed – improved functions

Beta-testing of the Android app for Assistant users

Update: Beta is no more! Please find the latest info on our App over here.

As part of the development of a native app for Android and Apple devices, it is now possible to participate in the beta-test of the Android app via the Google Play Store. With the app, we want to significantly simplify the work for assistants and offer, amongst others, improved camera permissions. This way, scanning QR codes or taking pictures should be significantly improved.

To participate in the beta-test, you have two options.

If you are working on a desktop PC, you can access the Play Store via the following link and join the test: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.operations1.mobile

After confirmation, the app will be automatically installed on the mobile device of the named account.

If you are working from your mobile device, you can directly access the Play Store via the following link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.operations1.mobile

Additional remarks:

  • Since this is a beta-test, functional limitations apply. In case of any bugs, please contact our support immediately.

  • The beta-version is a preliminary product, which does not contain all functionalities yet. Login via Single-Sign-On (OIDC) is only possible to a limited extent. In addition, offline functionality will not be available in the beta version for now.

  • Currently, testing is only possible on Android devices. As soon as testing can be offered for Apple devices, we will inform you.

We look forward to collecting your feedback on our native app at this early stage very much. Contact your Customer Success Manager or our support colleagues if you have any questions.
