The app also allows you to continue working on your documents when you experience a connection loss and your data will be stored offline with ease. Whether you have an iPhone or an Android device, you can now experience the power of the Operations1 connected worker platform. Download the app today and transform your operational processes!
The login to the app is a bit different from what you might be used to from your previous experience in the browser or progressive web app (PWA).
The main difference here is that you first must provide the domain of your Operations1 server first. You only have to enter the company name, all other information is already pre-entered. If you are not sure about the domain, please ask your administrator or supervisor.
The second step afterwards is like the regular login in the browser application and the PWA. You log in just with your username and password or single sign-on depending on your license and how your system is set up. Again, please ask your administrator for guidance if you are not sure which login to use.
Attention!
We have identified some limitations with our Single Sign-On (SSO) and OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication methods on certain mobile devices. Specifically, SSO/OIDC does not work with iOS devices when Chrome is set as the default browser and on Android Samsung tablets when the default browser is Samsung Internet. However, the authentication process functions smoothly when iOS devices have Safari as the default browser and when Android devices use Chrome as the default browser. Our team is actively investigating these limitations to ensure a consistent and reliable authentication experience across all devices.
