Changed – improved functions

Archive and restore orders

Have you ever accidentally an order that you still wanted to be completed?

Previously, this was not possible in the Operations1 user interface. With the new version, we have removed the deleting button. Instead, you now have the option to archive orders. Similar to the report view, you can access archived orders via a new tab in the order view and restore them if needed.

Archive orders and restore them

To prevent less experienced users from archiving orders, the archive option is only visible if the permissions are set correct. If you are not able to adjust permissions, please contact your customer success manager.

We hope that the new option to archive and restore orders simplifies your usage of the platform. We are looking forward to your feedback.

Split of document and interaction tag table

In a previous release, we gradually expanded the options you have through the use of interaction tags. As a next feature, we have split the tables for document and interaction tags so that you can distinguish and manage them more easily.

From now on, it is also possible to find all documents with a certain "tag". To do this, click on the number in the row within document tags in the settings menu.

Our goal is to further improve the management of tags across the software. The new development is a further step down this road. Please let your customer success manager know of any feedback you have.
