Improved filtering of reports using tags
With the previous software version, we have already provided you with an improvement for adding tags to interactions when editing a document. In this iteration of the software, we are bringing the filter for interaction tags to the next level.
For filtering interaction tags, we have provided several improvements that are available via a new button next to the report title search box. You are now able to:
Filter reports for up to ten different interaction tags
Show only reports that include a certain interaction tags
Search for interaction values based on the interaction value type
You will be able to find your interaction tags using a new button to the top of the report table. On clicking the button, you will see a drawer opening to the right, allowing you to select up to ten different interaction tags:
Once you have selected the interaction tags you want to search for, you will find a tick-box in the right drawer, that allows to display only those reports, that have the interaction tag attached to one of its interactions:
In addition, you will be able to search for the respective values of each selected interaction tag. Tags for checkbox or confirmation interactions will require you to select the possible search values from a dropdown menu. Number feedback interactions or any tagged text responses can be searched by typing in the text to be searched. The latter search is working as a substring search, meaning that it will lead to a display of any values that start with the same letters or numbers.
With these changes, we want to enable you to use interaction tags to their full extent and to utilize them to improve the analysis of reports. We are looking forward to hearing your feedback on these improvements. If you have any questions or feedback, do not hesitate to contact our support or your customer success manager.
