Is it possible to use Operations1 offline?
You can download documents, reports and orders for offline usage via the Operations1 Assistant App on iOS and Android devices. This allows you to continue working even in places without an internet connection.
A report is created and saved on the device during offline use. As soon as the device is back online, the data is automatically synchronized.
How you can download a document for offline use?
In the Operations1 Assistant app, you can download each document and report individually for later offline operation.
To do this, click on Download for offline in the "Start report" table using the action button with the three dots (kebab menu) for the desired document (or alternatively in the Reports table for the respective report).
How you can download an order for offline use?
In the app, you can also download entire orders for later offline work. To do this, open the order you have started and select the Download for offline option via the Actions button in the top right-hand corner of the order.
Note: The currently executed reports are cached locally, but not always completely. If you expect network failures, we recommend downloading the reports or jobs before working with them offline.
As a matter of principle, we rely on real-time data transfer and collaboration – these features are not available offline.
