New - AI-Generated Change Notes

Change notes in documents serve to track adjustments and increase process security for employees, especially when they are proactively informed of changes before the report execution.

With the AI solution integrated into Operations1, change notes can be generated with just one click when editing documents. This eliminates the need to manually gather all information and formulate it in an easily understandable form.

The function for automatically generating change notes is available directly next to the notes field during the document publishing process. Further information can be found in the detailed Knowledge Base article.

New - Standardization of User Interface and Design Elements

In this release, we concentrated on establishing a robust foundation for our platform's user interface by implementing a comprehensive Design System.

This strategic investment will significantly accelerate future development, ensuring a more cohesive, high-quality user experience across the platform.

We've successfully developed and integrated new shared UI components. These components are now standardized and reusable, allowing our team to build new features faster, with consistent quality and design.

Changed - Improved Features

  • If document processing, such as deleting a task, takes longer, a loading symbol will now be displayed, indicating to the user that the previous process is still ongoing.

  • We have increased consistency and simplicity in language selection in the report overview. The selected language of an open report in the overview now matches that of a previously opened report. If this information is not available, the chosen application language will be used.

Fixed - Functionality Impairments Corrected

  • Titles in multiple languages can once again be added to global materials.
