We've made changes to improve your experience with our software. Here are the details:

Password Reset by User

We've listened to your feedback and are excited to introduce a new self-service password reset feature! In the past, if you forgot your password, you had to go through an administrator or our support team to regain access to your account, which is time-consuming not only for you, but also for the administrators. With this update, you can securely reset your password directly from the login page. Click the Forgot password?-Button and enter the email address associated with your Operations1 account, and you'll receive instructions on how to reset your password. It's a more convenient and efficient way to get back into your account without the need for external assistance.

Be Aware!

In order for this to work, an email address has to be present in the user's profile!


App-Update: Paving the Way for Offline Orders

We are working hard to make the offline functionality more and more comprehensive. Today, we can unfortunately not deliver the whole feature "Offline Order", but some building blocks have already been added for you!

When viewing your orders, you'll notice a new indicator displaying the report state right next to the order name, thereby making it easier to identify the status of each order. You'll now find a handy order sync state indicator in the order header, along with download state indicators for each report within the order. We've also introduced the download and delete functions for reports within the order detail interface. These enhancements are a stepping stone to proper Offline Orders; coming soon.

  • An internal request causes periodic API blocking, leading to restarts that affect active users and resulting in unresponsiveness.

  • Improve performance loading list of orders

  • Colored bar missing for published and completed orders in native app
