We've changed something to improve your experience with our software. Here are the details:

New Feature: Bulk User Import

We've introduced a convenient Bulk User Import feature based on valuable feedback from our customers. Now, you can easily add multiple users to your Operations1 platform all at once.

Upload an Excel or CSV list, and our importer, powered by getnuvo.com, will help you validate data, assign roles and groups, and more. Each user you add will receive a welcome email, allowing them to create their password and get started seamlessly. Say goodbye to manual user creation and enjoy a more efficient onboarding process.

Handy Preview

One of the most used functions when creating in Operations1 is the preview. In order to make this more convenient, we have moved the corresponding button so that you have quick access to it.

Fixed – Corrected Functionality Impairments

  • Improve search performance for order descriptions

  • Wrong error message is shown when email/username is edited in the user account to an already-used email
