Changed – Improved Functions

We've made changes to improve your experience with our software. Here are the details:

Assistant App: Reports now with Offline Functionality

Staying productive offline just got better – introducing expanded offline functionality for reports in our native app! Building on the success of our offline feature for documents, we're thrilled to announce that you can now harness the power of offline mode for your reports as well.

Imagine the following scenario: Your colleague has started a report at work with a good connection. You now have to continue it in production, but you already know that you will have a bad connection there. Recently you have been able to rely on our buffer mechanism. With the new version, you can now also download the report in advance and work on it completely offline - so you are sure to have all media available.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Seamless Work Continuity: Experience uninterrupted work, even during connection hiccups. The app intelligently buffers your report data, safeguarding your progress until your connection is restored.

  • Effortless Offline Experience: Similar to documents, you can now download and work on reports offline using the mobile app. Create, edit, and update your reports without the need for a constant internet connection.

  • Automatic Sync: Once you're back online, the app seamlessly syncs your offline changes with the cloud, making your latest updates available to you and your team in real time.

With this expanded offline functionality, you're empowered to work with confidence, whether you're in a remote area with limited connectivity or facing temporary network disruptions. Your productivity is no longer tethered to a stable internet connection – Operations1 has your back, ensuring you can continue making strides toward your goals.

User Editing

We're excited to introduce a seamless enhancement to the user profile editing experience, making it even more user-friendly and efficient. With this update, users can now enjoy the same streamlined and consistent design they are used to while editing profiles. The new UI is reached via Profile in the User menu in the bottom left corner.

Following the same intuitive design and flow as user creation and editing, we've optimized the process to be both pleasant and usable. The option to change your password can now be found in the "Security" Tab.
