Stay Connected and Productive, even offline

What happens if you get disconnected while working on a document you haven't downloaded?

Sometimes, only brief interruptions occur and disrupt your entire work. But from now on, the native app has got you covered: We have introduced a buffer mechanism that protects your work in case your connection is suddenly interrupted. The app buffers the data and ensures your progress is not lost. Even though images or videos may not be displayed until the connection is restored, your local data and work are now backed up even without connection.

Additionally, the mobile app now allows you to download and process documents completely offline, just like in the web version. As soon as you are connected to the internet again, the last status is automatically uploaded and available online.

We believe that this new offline capability will greatly enhance your productivity and enable you to leverage the full potential of Operations1, regardless of your internet connection.
