Changed – Improved Functions

We've made some changes to improve your experience with our software. Here are the details:

Hide timestamps to certain users

Operations1 is logging the time and user that filled an interaction and is also able to provide the history of interaction values. While this allows for a detailed follow-up of who has provided which information, the level of detail might not be suitable for Assistant users.

Therefore, you are now able to hide the timestamps in the report overview for Assistant users. Once the permission is adjusted, Assistant users will only be able to see who filled an interaction, but will not be informed about the timing details. To change the required setting, please approach your customer success manager.

CLI and webhook documentation now in developer portal

We have added some functionalities for document languages in the CLI tool which will be available with the next CLI release. All information can be found in our developer portal, which will gradually be extended to include all documentation of the Operations1 CLI tool and webhooks. From now on, any updates to webhooks and the CLI tool will be communicated through only through the developer portal.

Please reach out to your customer success manager or the support, should you have any questions regarding the developer tools. Further, we would like to ask you for feedback on the developer portal which you can provide via the discussion section.
