Changed – Improved Functions

We've made some changes to improve your experience with our software. Here are the details:

Step Execution Mode in Sequence

As an editor, you can now ensure that critical instructions are executed only when preceding ones are entirely completed. With the new Step Execution Mode dropdown on the document creation screen or in the information section of each document, you can gradually release groups of interactions on a step level.

New document with In Sequence Steps

In the execution mode Sequence, the 'Next step' button is disabled as long as the user hasn't filled out all interactions with the 'mandatory' flag in the step. In execution mode Parallel, the 'Next step' button is always enabled.

Displaying Document Translations in Table View

As an editor working in a multilingual environment, you can now identify missing translations in documents more quickly. With the new feature, all languages added to a document are displayed in a separate column within the document table, allowing you to easily see which translations exist. This is especially helpful when transferring product lines to other countries and completing documents with required translations. The column will be hidden by default but can be displayed in the editor and assistant mode.
