New - Report Data Export to SharePoint Connector
With the new Report Data Export Connector, report data can now be automatically saved directly to SharePoint as XLSX or CSV files. This simplifies centralized storage, further processing, and team-wide access to report results. Manual downloads and uploads are no longer required, reports remain up to date within existing SharePoint structures, and can be seamlessly integrated into downstream processes or analyses.
New - Selection of Report Progress Status for SharePoint Storage
When exporting report data to SharePoint, the desired report progress status can now be selected explicitly. This allows, for example, only deficient or failed reports to be exported for quality-relevant evaluations, while successfully completed reports can be intentionally excluded.
The status-based filtering applies to all export types and storage options, including PDF reports, CSV and XLSX files, as well as media feedback. This makes the SharePoint storage significantly clearer and more focused on truly relevant content for quality assurance and follow-up activities.
New - Selection of Preferred Browser for OIDC Login on iOS Devices
In the configuration settings of an authentication provider, it is now possible to choose whether iOS devices should use the device’s default browser or an in-app WebView of the internal Safari browser for OIDC login. For all existing configurations, the default browser remains set as the standard, so there is no change in behavior. Selecting the in-app WebView enables OIDC login on iOS devices without an installed external browser. On Android devices, the internal browser is used by default, as this automatically corresponds to an in-app WebView of the configured standard browser.
Changed
Improvements to Report Title Search and Sorting
The performance of searching for report titles in the report overview has been significantly improved. In addition, the behavior of report title sorting has been adjusted. Previously, manually customized report titles and titles automatically derived from document names were sorted separately. Going forward, all titles will be sorted together, regardless of whether they were set manually or automatically.
Archived Tasks Remain Readable and Unchangeable
Archived tasks can still be opened and viewed, but are fully read-only. All fields are disabled and can no longer be edited.
This ensures that the content and results of archived tasks remain permanently traceable, while preventing any subsequent changes to completed or archived tasks.
Fixed - Functional Impairments Corrected
Converting a text field interaction into a numeric return interaction no longer ignores tolerance settings
Improved performance when loading reports with materials that do not contain images
Structural class attributes of tasks created via the AI Assistant can be modified again
