New - View the Review Status of a Document
In the table providing an overview of all documents, the former “Status” column has been split into two columns: “Version” and “Status.”
The Version column now always displays the active version of the document, while the Status column reflects only the current state of the document.
By clicking on the status of a document that is currently under review, the review status can now be viewed. This view also includes information about which users have been assigned to review the document.
New - Media Feedback Download via Report to SharePoint Connector
With the latest enhancement of the Report to SharePoint Connector, media feedback from interactions - such as images, videos, or PDF files - can now be stored on SharePoint in addition to the PDF report.
For example, if there is a need to share a high-resolution image with suppliers or internal service colleagues as part of a quality issue, it can easily be exported using this method.
To enable this, only an additional checkbox needs to be activated in the connector. All media feedback will then be automatically stored in a separate folder.
New - SSO Login via Bookmark Link
SSO administrators can now generate specific links that allow users who are already authenticated - e.g., via Microsoft - to access Operations1 directly, without requiring an additional click on a login button.
Example URL:
https://{instance-url}/{lang}/user/login/try-sso/{client-id}
This is particularly useful when centralized device management is in place and the web app is being used.
Changed - Continuous Image Editing in Reports
When editing images in reports, a new image is no longer created for each editing step. This makes it possible to re-edit an already modified image.
As a result, no unnecessary or nearly identical images appear in interactions or in the report history, and explicit deletion is no longer required.
This behavior has been aligned with image editing in documents. Existing images are not affected by this change.
Fixed - Corrected Functional Impairments
An error message has been added for cases where documents fail to load due to too many module levels. An increase in the allowed number of module levels is currently under review.
Tasks created within a module of the original document are no longer displayed repeatedly in additional identical modules.
Header blocks have been added to endpoints related to access control in the Developer Portal.
In the app, the input field (e.g., in task chats) is now automatically shifted upward when the keyboard appears.
