New – AI-based Tasks with Solution Field
There are several updates in the Tasks area: The presentation and structure of the content within tasks have been adjusted. The new structure improves clarity and allows for a clearer assignment of content.
In addition, the content fields for AI-based tasks have been revised. These tasks will no longer include a description field; instead, they now contain a problem field and a solution field. This information will be used in the future to improve the AI Assistant’s responses to similar issues.
To mark such a task as “Completed”, a solution must be provided.

The connector overview has been further optimized. Previously unconfigured connectors can now be created directly from the overview. Updated or newly configured connectors always appear at the top of the list.
Fixed - Corrected Functional Impairments
When PDF reports contain many large images, images are no longer duplicated and no empty PDF pages are created.
Email notification settings are now saved correctly when creating a user.
It is now possible to delete a document draft even if PDFs are stored in the AI Knowledge tab.
Using special characters in report titles no longer leads to the automatic creation of folders when using the SharePoint connector.
