New – DeepL Connector with Glossary
With the new DeepL Connector including glossary functionality, texts and documents can now not only be translated automatically but also kept terminologically consistent.
By integrating custom glossaries, you ensure that technical terms, product names, or internal wording are always translated consistently - regardless of who performs the translation.
This increases the quality of your international documentation, reduces manual post-processing, and ensures clear, recognizable language in all target languages.
New – PDF Report to SharePoint Connector for Orders
With the latest enhancement of our PDF-Report-to-SharePoint Connector, all PDF reports of an order can now be merged and saved as a single file. If a consolidated PDF is required - e.g., for sending directly to customers or for internal archiving - you can select the option “Merged Order Reports.” All PDFs are appended consecutively and stored on SharePoint as a single combined PDF file.
Existing PDF settings can still be used. The trigger for storing the file is the completion of an order and its structure class elements.
New – Multiple-Choice Interaction with Drag and Drop for Answer Options
With the new multiple-choice interaction and drag-and-drop functionality, answer options can now be arranged more intuitively and much faster. All options can easily be moved via drag and drop, allowing you to adjust the order flexibly- without additional clicks or cumbersome reorganization.
The interface has also been optimized: Instead of several “Add choice” buttons, there is now a single central button below all answers. The order defined in the editor is, of course, preserved exactly in the report. This provides consistent presentation and significantly simplifies the handling of complex questions.
New – Optimized Image Editor for Mobile Devices
The image editor has been further improved and is now optimized even for small mobile devices. A new, compact toolbar at the bottom of the screen allows tools such as freehand drawing, shapes, colors, or text editing to be used much more easily - even on very small displays.
Combined with recently added features such as individual color palettes, predefined text sizes, freehand drawing, improved cropping, and extended formatting options (e.g. bold/italic), the editor now offers a noticeably more intuitive and consistent user experience - on both desktop and mobile devices.
Changed
We are standardizing the status-change mechanisms for all objects in Operations1. We are starting with tasks: On one hand, the ability to archive tasks (and view archived ones) has been added; on the other hand, status labels have been aligned with terminology used in other areas. What was previously “Open” and “Done” is now called “Not started” and “Completed.” Further adjustments, such as introducing full deletion, are already planned.
When a task is created via the AI Assistant, both the responsible user and the due date (+3 days) are now set automatically. This helps prevent tasks from being forgotten by improving filterability and triggering notifications. The creator of the task is set as the responsible user, though the preselection can be adjusted at any time during creation.
Safety notices in the report are no longer displayed again every time users return from the image editor to the report execution. They continue to appear as usual when switching steps or accessing relevant sections.
For the “External Request” interaction from the device, we have expanded the request dataset. The system now includes, for example, the email address of the user triggering the request as well as additional information regarding interaction values. We reserve the right to make further changes to this dataset.
Fixed - Corrected Functional Impairments
The overlap of entries in tables within the Analytics area with other columns has been fixed.
The progress bar in the report view is once again displayed within the intended limits.
In the calendar view, all days within the selection window are correctly displayed when choosing the “Valid until” date in documents.
PDF reports are generated as expected.
The calculation of the warning period when creating a qualification now works as intended.
The calculation of percentage tolerances for negative interaction values during numeric output now behaves correctly.
