Audit Security: Completed reports are archived in PDF format in an unalterable manner.
Seamless Integration: Direct connection to existing SharePoint structures.
Use Cases
Automatic provision of quality reports for auditors.
Company-wide, structured archiving of completed reports.
Setting Up the PDF Report to SharePoint Connector
Step 1: Open the Connector Section
Navigate to the system settings and click on “Connectors” in the menu.
Step 2: Add the PDF Report to SharePoint Connector
Via “Add Connector”, select “PDF Report to SharePoint Connector” from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Configure SharePoint
In the configuration overview, you will need the Tenant ID, Client ID, Client Secret, and the path to the target folder in SharePoint.
This article describes how to obtain the Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret.
Upload File to SharePoint via Sharing URL Using operations1 SharePoint connector
Navigate to the SharePoint site location.
Click on the folder where you want to upload the file
Click Copy Link, as shown in the screenshot below
A pop-up window will appear, displaying the generated link (see screenshot). Click Copy to copy the full URL to your clipboard.
Paste this URL into the SharePoint Location field within the Operations1 SharePoint Connector configuration, as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 4: PDF Settings
Once connected, you can adjust the PDF settings.
The first setting relates to classes. Here you define which reports are exported. Select one or more class attributes. All completed reports with the corresponding class attributes will be saved in the defined target folder. If multiple attributes are defined, all of them must be assigned to the report (AND logic) for the export to take place.
The other settings refer to the exact configuration of the PDFs, as also available in the single export. Currently, a title is predefined; this cannot be adjusted.
Once activated, your reports will be exported automatically and reliably as soon as they are completed.
