New – Custom Colors and Text Settings in the Image Editor
In the Image Editor, users can now select and save their own colors. This allows images to be better aligned with corporate identity or displayed with stronger contrasts. Text editing has also been improved: predefined text sizes make it easier to ensure consistent formatting across multiple images. In addition, background colors can now be defined for text.
The selected colors are stored in the browser’s local storage and are therefore available individually for each user.
New – Document Search in Document Base-ID Filter in Report Overview
The filter for reports based on the base ID of the associated document has been enhanced with a search function. As a result, the base ID no longer needs to be looked up separately. The search can be accessed via the document icon in the corresponding filter.
New – Extension of the Order Connector
The recently introduced Order Connector already receives its first extension with two new features:
It is now possible to define responsible groups.
A classification option has been added. By default, the classification of attached documents is transferred to the order. With the new setting, however, the order can also be classified solely on the basis of the attributes used to assign the documents.
This option is particularly useful when documents, for example, contain classification attributes for multiple sites or assemblies, but the order should only be assigned to one specific site or assembly.
