Changed โ€“ improved functions

Early Access to Access Control for Documents

We've got some exciting news to share with you! We're thrilled to announce that early access to our new access control features for documents is now available. Say goodbye to concerns about document security, because with this feature, you can easily limit access to documents for specific users or user groups. The best part? You can try it out without affecting other users on the platform by activating it for a limited number of roles. That way, you can test the waters with a select group of users before rolling it out to everyone.

Document with access control applied

This feature set is still in development, and we're already planning to expand it to reports, orders, and tasks.

We are looking for early adopters who can provide feedback and shape the development of these exciting new features with us over the coming months.

So, are you ready to take your document security to the next level? Contact your customer success manager today to request early access and start testing out our new access control features for yourself!

User Groups

Now available as a platform feature: User Groups! They are the basis for controlling access and will be added to different sections of the product over the coming months. You can create, delete, and modify groups with ease, all from the settings section. And don't worry, we've got you covered with feature permissions, ensuring that only authorized users can make changes. With this powerful tool at your fingertips, you'll have greater control and flexibility in managing your team's access.

Default User Groups for Single Sign-On

We have great news for our users who rely on Single Sign-On (SSO) for their authentication needs. We have introduced a default user group assignment feature for new users created via OpenID connect based SSO. This feature allows you to assign a default user group to new SSO users, making access control much more efficient and streamlined.

If you haven't yet migrated to OpenID connect based SSO, please set up an appointment with your IT department, and contact us for support. We're always happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
