New - PDF Report to SharePoint Connector

With the new PDF Report to SharePoint Connector, completed reports can now be automatically stored as PDF files in SharePoint. This makes your documentation even easier and more efficient: reports are available centrally, securely, and at any time – without any additional effort.

A major advantage: you no longer need custom solutions based on our API to transfer reports to SharePoint. The direct integration takes care of this task for you – quickly, reliably, and without additional development effort.

In addition, the Connector section in our software continues to grow. After a short time, this is already the second available connector – and more will follow. Step by step, we are creating even more opportunities for you to connect your existing systems easily and seamlessly with Operations1.

New - Information on Document Version Publication

In the document version history, each version now includes two new fields with publication information. These fields indicate when and by whom the version was published.

This clearly distinguishes the publication of a version from other changes to that version, which can be seen in the change fields. In addition, the previous field “Released by”, which indicated the type of version jump, has been renamed to better reflect its purpose.

New - Extended Features and New Design for the Image Editor

The image editor now shines with a new look and the first improvements. Following the recently announced necessary technical update, the first new features are being rolled out step by step. In addition to adjustments to the header and sidebar, direct optimizations have also been implemented.

Inserted elements can now be copied, duplicated, or deleted as usual via keyboard shortcuts. Text content can also be formatted in italics or bold.

New – Public API Endpoints for User Groups

From now on, our Public API includes all necessary endpoints for managing user groups. This allows groups not only to be created and deleted but also to be flexibly adjusted – for example, by adding or removing users.

With these new capabilities, managing user groups directly via the API becomes significantly more efficient. You can automate workflows, integrate systems more easily, and seamlessly adapt your user management to your existing processes.

Updated - Display of Units in Empty Number Interactions

In interactions requiring numerical input that were left empty, the report will now still display the unit of the expected value. In the past, this was only shown if the interaction was filled.

Updated - Image Size Settings for Document Media in PDF Reports

The image size settings for PDF exports now also apply to document media. If a large image size is selected, these images will also be exported in large format.

As before, this setting is overridden by the configuration option for displaying media from documents in general. If this is disabled, media from documents will not be shown in the PDF report either.

  • Display of a loading indicator while a report is being started in the app

  • Signature interaction in the mobile app now works as expected again
