New – Filters in the Qualification Matrix

The Qualification Matrix can now be filtered by various parameters to quickly gain an overview of existing or missing qualifications.

  • Qualifications: Filters on the selected qualifications as columns and hides all others.

  • Validity states: Only users with at least one qualification of the selected status (Valid, Warning, Expired, Unlimited validity) are shown.

  • Users/User Groups: Filters the displayed users to the selected users or groups.

The hyperlink “Clear filters” can be used to deselect all chosen filters.

New – Automatic Filtering of Reports when Navigating from Document View

In the action menu of a Document in the Document view, a new option “Show reports” has been integrated.

When selected, the user is automatically redirected to the Report overview, filtered by the Base ID of the chosen Document. This ensures only Reports for any version of that Document are displayed. The filter can be removed via the filter sidebar or the hyperlink “Clear filters”.

New – Extended Display of Access for Reports in Orders

If a user or group gains access to a Report in an Order through assignment as a responsible user or group, this is shown in two places:

  • Report level: The user/group becomes responsible for the report and is displayed within the report with the access type Responsibility.

  • Order level: The report access is inherited at the order level. In the Access tab of the order, the user/group appears with the type Carried-Over (from the report).

New – Creator of an Order Receives “Direct” Access

When a user creates an Order, they automatically receive direct access to it. This is shown in the Access tab of the Order with the access source Direct.

Even if the user has no access to individual Reports in the Order, they can at least access the Order as its creator.

New – Extension of the Public API for Access Control Functions

The Public API now also covers the following functions:

  • Direct access to an Order

  • Assignment of responsible users/groups to Documents during order creation

Updated – More Compact Representation of Interactions in Report PDFs

The amount of empty space in the PDF has been reduced, making the presentation of interactions more compact. This reduces the required number of pages in the report PDF by about 15–20%.

Fixed – Functionality Impairments Corrected

  • Long Report titles are wrapped correctly on the PDF title page.

  • Generating PDFs via the Public API works reliably even for large Documents.

  • Filtering Reports by a combination of multiple interaction tag values now shows only results that match all selected values.

  • Images can be cropped in the image editor without blocking further work.

  • Login using custom claims is never blocked, and the external ID remains in the entered format.
