New – The Qualification Matrix
With our new Qualification Matrix, you can gain an instant overview of which users (rows) on your platform possess which qualifications (columns), making it easy to identify qualification gaps at a glance.
Markers in the table indicate the status of a user’s qualification: valid (blue), expired (red), or expiring soon (yellow). Clicking on the symbol provides additional information, including the remaining validity period.
New – Bulk Task Access Assignment
Granting access to tasks is now significantly easier: multiple tasks can now be selected simultaneously in the task section and assigned via a new bulk action, giving direct access to users and/or groups. This saves time and greatly simplifies access management.
Announcement: New – Signature Interaction with Group Support
We’re introducing a new signature interaction that integrates group functionality.
In the future, you’ll be able to define not only individual users, but also one or more groups authorized to provide a signature within a report. As a result, only one task needs to be created, and all required users and/or groups can be assigned as responsible parties.
Important Note for Existing Role-Based Signature Interactions
As part of this update, the ability to define roles for signature authorization will be removed. Existing signature interactions that use roles will automatically be updated with the currently assigned users, so the same individuals can still sign.
However, we recommend migrating to group-based configurations in the near future to make future updates easier and more flexible.
Note: This only applies if you currently use the role-based signature function.
Updated – Document Tab in Qualifications
Changes have been made to the document tab in qualifications to improve document overview. A new search function allows you to filter documents by title.
In addition, archived documents are no longer shown in the list, allowing users to focus on active documents only.
Fixed – Functionality Impairments Corrected
Changes to the conditions of conditional interactions no longer affect the "Required" status of the dependent interaction.
Changes to a module can now be applied in other documents even if the module was archived before the other document was opened.
In the Analytics section, the "Cycle Time Analysis" chart once again correctly displays the time labels on the Y-axis.
