Changed โ improved functions
We are thrilled to announce the latest release of our platform, featuring an exciting new functionality that will change the way you handle critical deficiencies. As a result of your feedback, we've added new settings for the document level that prevent the completion of reports containing critical deficiencies.
No longer will you have to worry about inadvertently closing a report that contains critical deficiencies, which can pose significant risks to your operations if left unresolved. With this new feature, you can now distinguish between deficiencies that require urgent resolution and those that should not restrict progress.
As a worker, you'll be prevented from closing a report when it contains information about critical deficiencies, reducing the risk of deficiencies remaining unsolved for too long or being neglected. And as a supervisor, you'll be able to choose whether a document requires to be free of critical content or not when closed.
We believe that this new feature will save you time and effort, and ensure that you never miss out on critical corrective actions. We're confident that this functionality will be a crucial aspect of your operational excellence, and we can't wait for you to try it out.
Consistency is key
We have made UI improvements for Execution Mode in Assistant! Our goal is to increase consistency and user satisfaction by leveraging visual guidance in our platform. We've identified several areas where the behavior of N/A (not applicable) differs from what users might expect, and we've made changes to align them with our design principles.
For example, the answer is hidden and text fields are disabled if N/A is selected. The same applies to other interactions, like multiple choice, checkboxes, and adding photos or videos. The N/A button also disables the corresponding action button, which matches our design guidelines. Additionally, number interactions and errors are now handled and displayed more consistently in line with our design guidelines.
We believe that these improvements will increase user satisfaction and make our platform more consistent and user-friendly. We look forward to hearing your feedback as you start using the new and improved Execution Mode in Assistant!
Thank you for your continued support and feedback, and we look forward to your continued success with our platform.
