New – Connector Section and Order Connector for ERP and MES
Integrations with other systems are a key lever for the efficient use of Operations1, as orders no longer need to be created manually. In addition to using our Public API, we now offer a dedicated Connector section in the settings, eliminating the need for complex integration projects.
Here, the new Order Connector is available as the first integration, allowing orders to be created and provided to employees based on data from ERP, MES, or other databases via simple data mapping.
The Order Connector is system-agnostic and works with all external systems that communicate via REST – and it supports all types of orders.
Please contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more about how to use the Connectors.
New – SSO with Custom Claims for Groups
We’ve expanded our authentication options and now support the use of Custom Claims for automatic group assignment. Up to five Custom Claims can be defined to automatically assign users to the appropriate groups – based on the values within the claims.
For example, a user can automatically be assigned to the "Frankfurt" group based on the value of a "Location" claim.
New – Order Information in Report Overview
The report information view now includes additional order-related details such as the order title, execution date, order priority, and order description.
These details can be displayed by activating the Order Information option in the view configuration.
This setting is automatically included in the PDF export, ensuring that the order details are also visible in the exported report.
New – Display of Training Documents in Qualifications
Under the Documents tab within a qualification, you’ll now find a second overview showing training documents that are required to obtain the qualification. This complements the existing list of documents that require the qualification.
A collapsible navigation bar has been added to switch easily between the two views.
New – Responsibility Assignment for Groups in Documents and Reports
In addition to assigning responsibility for an entire order, it is now also possible to define responsibility for individual documents and reports – either by user or by group. This enables even more targeted planning and provides clarity to employees about which content falls under their responsibility.
Simultaneously, access management is automatically handled in the background.
In the next steps, we will expand filtering options in this area and improve the user interface design.
Fixed – Functionality Impairments Corrected
We fixed issues that could occur during PDF export of reports in Edge or Chrome browsers version 138 or newer.
When creating a task and assigning responsibility to yourself, the user is now listed with access sources "Direct" and "Responsibility".
