New – Direct Access to Tasks
Tasks can now also be granted direct access. If a task is created without reference to a report and certain people or groups should be able to access it — without being directly assigned as responsible — the new "Direct Access" option can now be used. This function is available in the Access tab.
We are gradually extending this feature to other areas such as Orders and Rules.
Changed – Extended Settings for Timestamps and Personal User Information in the Report Overview
The Timestamp setting in the Configure View section of the report overview now only controls the visibility of interaction timestamps and has therefore been renamed.
Timestamps in the Execution Information section are now managed independently. This allows PDF reports to be generated and shared that include a general timestamp but do not show the detailed interaction timestamps.
The permission to display timestamps has also been renamed accordingly. It still controls whether the checkbox mentioned above is available to the user.
Unlike in the past, this permission no longer affects the ability to show personal user information. From now on, this is solely controlled via the corresponding option in the view configuration.
Fixed – Functionality Impairments Corrected
Logos in PDF reports will no longer be cut off, even for particularly wide logos.
Changes to conditions in multiple choice interactions no longer affect whether the interaction is marked as mandatory.
When using our public API endpoint for exporting report data, the unit of measurement is now included with numeric values.
In the user group table, column sorting now works correctly again.
