Targeted and individual further training for workers is playing an increasingly important role in times of growing skills shortages. Operations1 therefore enables you to integrate training documents into the platform, upon completion of which users can independently acquire or extend qualifications. In combination with our qualification management for starting reports, a system for continuous development can be implemented that enables workers to take on increasing tasks over time.

The qualifications to be obtained can be stored in a field in the document information in the same way as the required qualifications.
On completion of a report for this document, the user receives the corresponding qualification automatically. If the user has already acquired the qualification, the validity period is renewed. Only one user at a time can receive the qualification per report, so when the report is completed it is indicated which qualifications can be obtained with the completion.
The user table of a qualification shows whether a user has received it by completing a report and the respective report can be opened directly via a hyperlink.
Qualifications as part of a module
Qualifications that can be obtained by completing embedded modules are also automatically awarded by the parent document. They are therefore listed in the information of the parent document, but cannot be edited or removed. If the module is unpacked, the qualifications linked to it are removed.
