New – Gain qualifications by completing reports
From now on, qualifications can be assigned to documents that users will automatically receive upon completing a report for the respective document. This allows the creation of training documents that enable users to independently acquire or renew qualifications. These qualifications to be received can be stored in a new field within the document information, similar to the required qualifications.
Upon completion of a report for such a document, the user receives the corresponding qualification. If the user already holds the qualification, the validity period is automatically renewed. Only one user can receive the qualification per report, so upon completion, a message indicates which qualifications are being granted.
Qualifications that can be obtained by completing embedded modules are also automatically granted by the parent document. Therefore, they are listed in the information section of the parent document but cannot be edited or removed from there.
If a module is unboxed, the qualifications associated with it are removed. This behavior mirrors the existing mechanism for required qualifications: when starting a parent document, qualifications stored in a module are also required. The display of required qualifications has been updated to now clearly show all qualifications from embedded modules at a glance.
The user table for a qualification shows whether a user received it by completing a report. The respective report can be opened directly via a hyperlink.
Changed – Visibility of tolerances in the report overview
The visibility of tolerance limits and target values in the report overview now reflects the document settings—specifically, whether they were visible during report execution. These settings are also applied to the PDF generated from the overview or when sharing the report via an external link.
Fixed – Resolved functional issues
The number of selected reports is now correctly reset when archiving multiple reports.
Description interactions are no longer cut off at page breaks in PDF reports.
Saved filters for structure class elements can be deleted again.
When selecting multiple structure class characteristics, the checkbox correctly reflects the selection status.
A link for external sharing of documents can now be generated as usual.
