Planned orders vs. orders
In certain cases, it may happen that planned orders continue to appear in the overview even though the underlying rule has already been removed. The reason for this is often that the date range defined in the rule period is still in the future. Removing the rule only affects the clarity in the rule table - not the already planned orders.
When removing planned orders from rules, there are two types to distinguish between:
Cleaning up planned orders
Removing non-started orders (without ID)
Navigate to the "Rules" section and open the relevant rule by clicking on its name.
Change the end date in the "Date Range" section to a date in the past (ideally today's date).
Save the changes.
➝ All future scheduled orders should now have been removed.
Tip1: In the order overview, also activate the column "Rule" (via the link "Columns" in the lower left area) to directly see the corresponding rule for each order.

Switch to the "Orders" section and first search for the affected planned order in the tabular overview.
To delete the still planned, but not yet existing "orders" (without ID), simply click on the name (link) in the "Rule" column and you will be taken directly to the corresponding rule.
In the address bar of the browser, you can also see the ID of the rule.
In the "Date range" section, change the end date to a date in the past (ideally today's date) and save the rule.
Note that the names/titles of different rules can also be identical - to check this, simply click on the order list -> "Rules" column and click on the link of the rule and check the rule ID (unique).
Removing already existing orders (with ID)
Open the tabular order overview.
Filter/search for the affected orders (e.g. by rule name or order status).
Select the corresponding orders via checkbox.
In the menu "Actions", select the option "Archive".
Important:
Only orders with the status "Cancelled", "Completed", or "Released" can be archived. Other orders must first be changed to one of these statuses.
