New – Public API Endpoint for Scalable and Automated Data Export

A new Public API endpoint is now available, enabling scalable and automated export of report data. The data export allows for creating customized data visualizations, for example by using BI tools such as Power BI, and facilitates integration with other systems. The new endpoint provides a stable, standardized interface for accessing data outside of Operations1, complementing existing export options such as webhooks and CSV export. In combination with the "Report Completed" webhook, it ensures comprehensive and reliable access to data for detailed report analysis.

New – Assigning Orders to Users and Groups

Orders can now be directly assigned to users or user groups, while maintaining access control. A user can track the order's progress without gaining access to its content, unless they are explicitly granted permission for a specific report within the order.

If a user also needs editing rights, they must be assigned directly to a report. This enhancement improves transparency without altering existing access rights.

Fixed – Functional Issues Resolved

  • Offline-completed reports remain closed after synchronization.

  • Upper and lower threshold values in numeric interactions are now processed correctly, even when one limit is set to zero.

  • Media thumbnail previews in the editor can now be opened without selecting the media file directly.

  • The "Not Filled" filter in report evaluations now only includes interactions that can actually be filled out.

  • A bug that caused multiple yellow error messages and prevented data insights when selecting a document in the Analytics Reports view has been fixed.
