Orders and rules listed via CLI tool were not marked as active and archived until now. This marking is now done via the property: archived. This can be used directly as a filter in the CLI tool.

If an order is created via CLI, the --automatic-completion=boolean flag can now be used to specify the type of completion. If the value is set to true, automatic completion applies. If false is set, manual completion (default) applies.
