Changed – improved functions

Flagging "autofill" interactions

Effective with version 8.47 you, customers with automations, have a new option to mark automatically filled interactions - so-called "autofill interactions" - accordingly. Since this function is particularly relevant for certain automations, we would like to focus on it within this changelog.

Integrations and automations with Operations1 allow, for example, to automatically fill interactions using external software or sensors. Until now, Assistant users could manually overwrite these entries. To increase process robustness, it is now possible to prevent automatically populated inputs from being changed by an Assistant user.

In the editor, this can be set individually in the document for each interaction. To do this, select the "Autofill" checkbox in the editing mode of the document via the three vertical points of the interaction.

Autofill activation in editor mode

Users in Assistant mode receive a notice ("Autofill pending") that the interaction is blocked for manual filling.

With the new feature, we want to increase the usability and process robustness of (IoT) use cases, especially those with external data sources.

Feel free to get in touch if you have any queries or suggestions for such use cases. Your Customer Success Manager and the Support Team look forward to your feedback!
