In Operations1, you can create tasks for assignments that do not require a report. Often, for example, additional tasks arise in the course of everyday work or when running reports. With tasks you can easily create and process them, assign them to your employees and communicate with your employees via the chat function (Note: To use tasks you need the corresponding functionality and the permission to create tasks). While creating a task the user assigned to the task will automatically be informed through the Notification area within the platform, or if needed additionally via e-mail.
Create tasks
You can create new tasks in the overview simply by clicking the "New task" button. Enter a title and optionally a description for a new task. Then you can select a priority and assign a user to the task as well as enter a due date and time. Via edit classifiers you add classifiers to the task.
In addition, you can insert and edit media such as photos, videos or PDF files in your tasks. This allows you to share additional contextual information with your collaborators while creating or editing the task to make your work even more efficient.
Create tasks when running a report
When running reports, a new task can be created in each process step using the flag. This way, if a problem arises in the operation, such as a part or machine is broken or something needs to be updated in the document, you can easily inform another employee or supervisor so they can take care of it.
