Another great new feature for tasks: With the new release, you are now also able to add and edit media such as photos, videos or PDF files in your tasks. This allows you to share additional contextual information with your collaborators while creating or editing the task, making your work even more efficient.

The feature is available in both the Editor and Assistant. You can also use media in the chat function under the task updates and add additional media or edit media that a collaborator has added to the chat. Moreover, all inserted media are saved in the task information.

Based on your feedback, we have improved the delete options for orders. From now on, you can also delete multiple orders at once. To do this, select the relevant orders and click on the delete option via the actions. Please note that orders in status in progress, paused or problem are excluded from this.

Important: In order to use this function, you as a user must have the authorization for it via your role. You can set the permissions under functions in the Editor settings. To do this, activate the bulk delete orders function under orders.
