New filter option for recurring orders

The overview table for all orders can quickly become confusing due to a high number of recurring orders. Therefore, we have implemented the new filter option "exclude recurring orders" in both the Editor and the Assistant. The extended filter options allow you to exclude recurring orders in the order overview, so that you can find the orders you are looking for even faster and easier.

UX optimization of reports for smartphones

We have further optimized the display of finished reports for smartphones and mobile devices in vertical format. The focus is on providing information to the user, so that finished reports are now also displayed appropriately on smartphones.

Fixed – corrected functionality impairments

  • In the Automator, there is no error message when uploading.

  • In the signature interaction, the signature disappears if the device orientation or window width is changed during signing.

  • The Polish translation for amount has been corrected from sztuka to kwota.

  • The classifiers cannot be edited on the report detail page in the Editor, because the button was missing.

  • The steps in the Automator document do not have initial placeholder names.

  • There are scrolling problems of classifiers when the standard filter button is enabled.

  • The "delete" action is renamed to "archive" in the table of user settings.

  • The table of archived users has two action buttons for users with API access.

  • The row height in the process step and in the interactions of the first step is doubled, when a document is newly created.

  • When downloading documents in the Assistant, the change notes did not have to be accepted beforehand.

  • The classifiers are not displayed in the tab of a task under information, when the task is started.

  • When opening a task via the link in an e-mail notification, the updates in the task are empty.

  • Too many warnings are displayed after losing Internet connection.

  • The screen jumps to the top of the list when editing the assigned user field, when creating or editing a task with more than four documents.

  • Working on a report cannot be resumed after uploading from offline mode.

  • If the report name is edited before the report is started, the user gets stuck in the first step of the instruction and step navigation is not possible.

  • Step navigation of documents does not work on the first click for iPads and iPhones.

  • There are different widths of columns in PDF reports.
