Enable IP and ports for the Operations1 software and make firewall settings for access to the software

Could you please let me know the IP and port(s) to access the Operations1 server?

The Operations1 server can theoretically be accessed at a specific IP address, e.g. 99.99.999.999. However, this IP address is not static and may change in the future or other IP addresses may be added for additional features of the platform.

As a customer, you should allow access to all subdomains of operations1.app in your firewall or at least use your specific customer domain ([company name].operations1.app) in the configuration, not the specific IP address.

In the case that this is not possible, it is the customer's responsibility to keep the firewall up to date according to the DNS record.

To use the software, at least port 443/TCP must be enabled for HTTPS and Websockets.

If forwarding of HTTP connections is desired, port 80/TCP can also be enabled.
