Added – new functions

Starting documents from the Editor directly in the Assistant

From now on, you can start documents in the Editor via actions directly in the Assistant. This means that it is no longer necessary to switch from the Editor to the Assistant in advance.

Changed – improved functions

Notifications on live updates of orders

While staying on an order, all updates by other users on the same order are now displayed in real time. As a result, you as a user will now be informed about the latest updates on the order detail page.

Fixed – corrected functionality impairments

  • When entering a null in a step name of a document, "Translation required" is displayed in the field instead of the default placeholder "Enter the step name here".

  • Users cannot delete or disconnect global media/materials added to a document in a module.

  • Saved class features are not applied to tasks during creation.

  • Image feedback is not displayed correctly in the progress detail view of reports in both Editor and Assistant for a paused progress.

  • Error messages are not displayed on iOS tablets when attempting to drag and drop a process step into a presentation step.

  • Removing descriptions for checkbox options in multiple selection/checkbox interactions.

  • Structure classes in an existing or new order disappear as soon as you change the name of the order, for example.
