Added – new functions
Using classifiers and class features for tasks
The use of classifiers is an already established feature in Operations1 that is used extensively for structure assignment. Previously, you could use classes for documents, orders, rules, and other entities in Operations1. Based on your feedback, we have now extended the use of classifiers to tasks. From now on, you can assign classifiers and class features to tasks to categorize them, filter them, and apply locked filters.
Notifications about live updates and UX and UI improvements to tasks
While staying on a task, all updates by other users on the same task are now displayed in real time. You as a user will now be notified of the latest updates on the task detail page. Additionally, we have improved the user interface for tasks to match our usual design.
Changed – improved functions
More filtering and sorting options for tasks
We have extended the sorting of tasks with the filter options "Priority", "Created by" and "Updated by". The extended filtering and sorting options now make it even faster and easier to find specific tasks.
Enable all code formats by default
Previously, not all supported (Bar- and QR-)code formats were enabled by default, so you as a user had to enable them manually if you wanted to use them. In addition, the scanner settings were not saved, so that you had to switch to the scanner settings again and again for new scanning activities. From now on, all code formats will be enabled by default and your scanner settings will be saved, so you won't have to keep switching to the settings.
Fixed – corrected functionality impairments
The language setting does not match between Slovenstina (Slovenian) and Slovenčina (Slovak).
Media/materials can be made global even without global assets in the license.
Key-based navigation for steps and process steps is enabled in full-screen Assistant mode, so it accidentally switches between different steps or opens the last full window multiple times.
Translations are missing in the Analytics section in cycle time.
The line height of input fields in interactions appears larger in the German app language than in English.
An error message appears when trying to open documents in the Assistant with conditional interactions directly or via an order.
If the title of a progress detail card of reports in orders is longer and the user has taken it offline, the title cannot be read correctly on mobile.
