Operations1 domains available

In the course of the rebranding from cioplenu to Operations1 you will receive an operations1.app domain with this release.

As already written in the FAQ article, this has no impact on your daily work with Operations1 and you are not forced to change anything.

Your platform will still be available at
​https://yourcomnpanyname.cioplenu.app/.

Additionally, you can also access the platform via https://yourcompanyname.operations1.app/.

Shared links are created via the operations1.app address.

Activate webhooks for orders

Webhooks allow you to transfer information from Operations1 to other cloud-based software for further processing. They enable easy data exchange with other systems and can trigger complex process flows. Previously, you could set webhooks for reports, tasks, and interaction values. From now on, you can also activate and test webhooks for orders. This means, you can now connect Operations1 and your service to receive updates when creating orders.

Fixed – corrected functionality impairments

  • The camera function is missing when adding media to a document from the Editor with Windows tablets.

  • After editing an image when filling in the image interaction in the Assistant, the screen jumps back to the first step and does not stay in the current step.

  • In the 'material quantity' field in the material interaction, only number entries should be possible.

  • Numbers are displayed by system language and not by menu language.

  • PDF files are not opened in full screen preview with Google Chrome.

  • The display of the "MarkUp" when editing images needs to be changed to make it clear that the field is not clickable.

  • Some error notifications show up when the software is opened for a longer time but not used.

  • Tasks are sometimes created twice, if the internet connection is not stable.

  • The PDF preview is not available in offline documents.

  • When adding modules in documents, previous versions of the current document must not be selectable.

  • The "Edited by" indication of documents changes in the Editor by simply clicking on a field and then leaving it.

  • In the Assistant, when using jobs in offline mode, they must also be updated to show all options.
