When will cioplenu become Operations1?

Beginning November 17th, 2021.

Why will cioplenu become Operations1?

The brand name cioplenu does not have the charisma to adequately support our vision.

  • True to our mission "Empower every worker around the world to accomplish more and skill up", it is our ambition to provide innovative tools for employees in the future, globally and across industries.

  • The software category "Adaptive Process Execution" is at the center of our product vision.

  • The goal is to simplify all processes for operational employees, provide intuitive and contextual information, and at the same time connect employees with the entire organization.

  • Increasing professionalism.

We are certain: Just as easy as our software is to use, it also has to be easy to pronounce.

What defines the Operations1 brand?

  • The term is a combination of our target group ("operational employees") and our wholistic approach ("One worker interface. 100% adaptive").

  • The Operations1 brand stands for innovation, initiative, team spirit and customer focus.

    These principles form the foundation for our brand design.

What changes for me as a user?

  • In the software, the cioplenu logo will be replaced by the Operations1 logo.

  • In the future, you will be able to access your Operations1 platform under the address [COMPANYNAME].operations1.app.

Please be aware of the transition period.

We will be in touch as soon as your Operations1 platform is available.

What do I have to change on my end?

Nothing. Everything works as before. You have no restrictions caused by the rebranding.

As soon as the new address operations1.app is available for your company, you can:

  • Update bookmarks from [COMPANYNAME].cioplenu.app to [COMPANYNAME].operations1.app.

  • Uninstall installed Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) for cioplenu on your device with address / URL [COMPANYNAME].cioplenu.app and re-install them to [COMPANYNAME].operations1.app

  • Update the e-mail addresses of your contacts

We will be in touch with you about this as soon as the time comes.

Your Operations1 platform will still be available under cioplenu.app.

Will I have the same contact person as before?

Yes. A possible change of contact person has much more to do with our growth and the increase of our services.

Will there be more features now?

Once again, we will be working on adding new features and improving existing ones in the software.

With the Operations1 brand backing us, this will be possible with more man-power in the future!

Has cioplenu been sold?

No. The cioplenu GmbH continues to exist as before. Operations1 is a brand of the cioplenu GmbH.

We still have our offices in Frankfurt and Augsburg - and certainly soon in other cities around the world.
