With many recurring orders, it often happens that not all parts of an order always have to be executed at the same time. Setting complex recurring patterns of activated/deactivated process steps can be very time-consuming.

To solve this problem, we have implemented a new feature to edit recurrence pattern. Here you set how often the setting should be repeated for each column. Using the pattern time range, you determine the time period in which the pattern should be applied. This saves you a lot of time setting each step individually.

As a user, you can use the classifiers to quickly filter your documents or reports by selecting characteristics and narrow them down to a minimum result set. Many of our customers use a high number of classifiers and characteristics that are connected together.

Based on your feedback, we have extended the filtering for the connected characteristics. For this purpose, there is a new selection "Filtering connected classifiers" in the search options, where you can choose between union and intersection. To use the filtering, the option "only connected" must be selected beforehand. Thus, from now on, you can also display the results for your connected characteristics according to the union or intersection.
