Live updates about changes in orders
With the new release, you will now receive live updates about changes in orders. This means that if you have an order open, you as a user will see when another user makes changes to that order. This includes, for example, adding, removing, or cancelling reports, or editing meta information. This notifies you of important changes, so you don't miss updates, see your colleagues' progress and collaborate effectively.

Archiving and restoring reports
Until now, you could not simply restore archived reports by yourself. With this version, this is now possible. In the editor, you will now find the tabs active and archived in the report overview. You can archive and restore reports using the actions.
Important: In order to archive and restore reports, you as a user must have the permission for this. You can define this under functions in the system settings in the Editor. To do this, activate the function manage archived under reports for the roles of the users you want to activate for this.
Improved view when creating link interactions
When inserting the link interaction in documents, it used to happen that the URL was often inserted into the description field instead of the URL field. Therefore, we have adjusted the default view of the interaction. From now on, you can see all the necessary fields at a glance and don't have to click the view open to insert the URL.
Preview button in Editor Creator
Many had wished to find the preview button directly in the Editor Creator menu. For now, the preview button will not appear directly, but will continue to be found in the submenu behind the three dots.
Thank you very much for the good and versatile feedback. We will take this into account and incorporate it in the long-term.
Fixed – corrected functionality impairments
In the Editor, the "valid until" date cannot be removed from the document information.
The report renames for completed reports in the Assistant should not work. The user interface looks like it saves the name.
The “actions” menu button in the upper right corner still shows the selection when an action is performed for a selected material/medium.
It is not possible to filter by material number for materials.
It is not possible to delete the cioplenu-external-assistant-user, which is automatically created when sending a document via a link.
The table columns of the functions in the system settings change their size automatically.
If an order has a duration until the next day (any time), only one day is displayed in the calendar view.
Materials cannot be converted from local to global in documents.
Errors occur when creating global materials via Azure Flow, due to a duplicate customId.
The “analyze” button in the order document does not display the analysis of the document, rather it gives empty data.
The button when editing interactions tags and roles should be renamed from refresh to save.
Logout with an Azure account is not possible anymore.
