Filter reports

The filter options in the report view allow you to quickly find the reports that are relevant for you. You can filter your reports by title, state, such as not started, in progress, problem, paused or completed. Use the processed option to search for reports that have passed or not passed, for example.

Evaluate reports

Open a report to view more details. Here, you can view each step in detail in the overview and see all the actions that have been performed. For each interaction, the date, time, and the user who entered the data are available in the report.

A change that has been made subsequently is indicated by a clock symbol. By clicking on the change history, you can see who made which changes and when. If, for example, a measured value is subsequently corrected or a confirmation is revoked, this information is stored with the date, time and user name.
