Added – new functions
Moving process steps to other steps in a document
Simple and long awaited. With the new release, you can move individual process steps to other steps, by using drag-and-drop. The process step is appended to the end of the new step. After a successful move, a message is displayed.
Note: The moving only works for steps within interactions. It is not possible from or to modules, because they are read-only while processing the parent step. Presentation steps can not be moved.
Feedback for number interactions when under/over tolerance limits are exceeded
Previously, there was no feedback for a user in the Assistant, if the entered value of a number interaction fell below or exceeded the tolerance limits. From now on, your users can be informed about the deviation.
The tolerance limits are marked red, if the entered value is above or below the defined tolerance limits and a message will appear.
The tolerance limits are marked green, if the entered value is within the defined tolerance limits.
Note: In order for the tolerance limits to be visible in the Assistant, the visibility must be enabled in advance in the Editor when configuring the number interaction.
Changed – improved functions
Extension of application languages by Russian
Already, many users worldwide use cioplenu. Based on your feedback, we have extended the application language to include Russian. From now on, you can use cioplenu also in Russian.
Add documents and reports to orders in the Assistant
Until now, the function to add and delete reports and documents in orders was only available in the Editor. From now, it is also possible in the Assistant. This gives you more flexibility, when creating and executing your orders.
Note: To use the new function, you as a user must have the appropriate permissions. To do this, activate the function in the system settings under Assistant Orders: Attach and detach documents and reports. If you do not have the permission as a user, the orders will open without the edit buttons.
Filter order calendar by start dates
With the order calendar, you can get a quick overview of all pending and running orders. The calendar view shows the start dates as well as the duration of the orders. There is now a new filter only start dates, so that orders are only displayed with the start dates. If you set this filter once, it is also saved when you reload.
