Versatile applications - reduction of non-value-added activities - basis for advanced analyses
We would like to make the advantages of digital technical documents, instructions and checklists even more beneficial for you. By tagging in other words labeling interactions, the software enables you to collect, track and evaluate data across the entire platform.
This saves you many non-value-adding search and evaluation efforts and lays the long-term foundation for the systematic analysis and improvement of your processes.
Interaction tags offer you extraordinary added value in various application areas:
Traceability of components with serial numbers
Monitoring and analysis of input values (measured values)
Error analysis of products during maintenance, service and repair
Basics for process improvements
Obtaining feedback
Evaluations of trainings and education courses
and much more...
Example: Tracing of components with serial numbers - What is installed where?
One way to use tags is to trace and monitor components with their serial numbers - for example for use in assembly.
โ
In this example the interaction of the tag S/N Comp B456 is given. In this case B456 stands for the material number
During assembly, a serial number for a component is stored by the worker in the corresponding assembly step.
After completion of the assembly steps and quality assurance measures, each component has been assigned to the corresponding serial number with its material number.
Now you can determine which serial numbers of components have been installed in which assembly and in which report.
โ
Example: Monitoring and analysis of specific process steps (data points)
Another among many applications is the quantitative or qualitative tracking and monitoring and analysis of a specific data point or user input.
In the following example, we want to monitor metering point A more closely and evaluate it later.
First create the tag (in the system settings under Tags)
Then add the tag of the desired interaction in the document.
In this example, we decide to attach the tag to the interaction across all versions of the document.
In the Analytics section, we can now track the interaction and see all values precisely.
Do not forget to maintain "failed, if ..." for the interaction to get an immediate evaluation.
