Task management allows all platform users to easily create tasks, track them, and collaborate on them.
To automatically notify users when they are assigned a task, you can use the e-mail notification feature. Otherwise users will be informed in the Notifications area, when a task was assigned to them.
To set up the e-mail notification, go to your user settings using the button at the bottom left of the screen and click on your profile. Make sure your e-mail address is correctly maintained. Select the notifications for assigned tasks using the checkbox and save the settings.
From now on, you will additionally receive an e-mail when a new task is assigned to you.
