New – Apply Filters in PDF Reports

To make report analyses more efficient and to share insights in a targeted manner, filters applied via the filter bar in the report overview can now be carried over into the PDF report. This allows selected information to be highlighted directly.

In the export window of the PDF report, the new options “Steps, Process Steps, Interactions” as well as “Step Overview” are available. These options allow you to display a kind of table of contents or to filter out all details.

New – Improved Workflow with Excel

We are enhancing our Excel compatibility with a new formatting and additional content in the .csv and .xlsx export files. This change makes it easier to use report data in Excel for calculations or charts, thereby enabling potential quality issues to be detected more quickly. In addition to single exports, it is now possible via the report table to export multiple reports in one Excel/CSV file - for example, for an entire order. We will phase out the old formats in the near future.

New – Notification for Overdue Tasks

In addition to notifications for task assignment and task status changes, we have now implemented a notification for overdue tasks.

This helps maintain an overview of work packages and quickly identify tasks that have fallen out of focus, complete them, or cancel them if they are no longer needed. It prevents the task overview and dashboard from becoming overly cluttered, ensuring that employees do not lose track of pending tasks.

Changed – Flexible Search Function

The search function has been improved: the order of the words entered is now ignored, so that all documents containing the search terms in the title are displayed.

Note – Support for Android Versions

We perform regular updates to ensure the stability and security of the software. Starting in April, only mobile devices running the Android operating system with version 8 or newer will be supported. Under normal circumstances, this should not be an issue since the current Android version is already 15.

Fixed – Corrected Functionality Issues

  • “Select all” in the user table now takes previous column filters into account.

  • When applying a predefined filter, no distinction is made between assistant and editor filters.

  • Newly created class attributes reappear in the class element selection.

  • Double-tapping during report navigation on the iPad is no longer necessary.
