New – Multiple-Choice Interaction Values in the Report Table

We are expanding the software’s analysis capabilities. With this update, interaction values can now also be evaluated for multiple-choice and single-choice interactions via the report table. This allows for quick and easy insights, for example, into error types as part of quality control.

To enable this, an interaction tag must first be created and assigned to the multiple-choice interaction during document creation. In the report table, this tag can then be selected, and the newly displayed column will show the interaction responses from completed reports.

New – Automated PDF Report Generation via the Public API

With this enhancement, PDF reports can now be efficiently and flexibly created and saved through automation—based on the new report format introduced last year.

Through the API, the configuration for the PDF can be defined similarly to the user interface. Further details will be available soon in our Developer Portal.

Changed – Improved Functionality

  • New Filter Options for the Task Table

In the filter sidebar of the task table, it is now possible to filter specifically by individual users or entire groups. Additionally, the categories “Users” and “Groups” can be displayed as extra columns in the task table and toggled on or off as needed.

  • Fullscreen Mode for Videos on Android and Web

The fullscreen mode for video content enhances the user experience. It can be activated via the button in the bottom right corner of the video view. Please note that this feature is currently not available for the iOS app.

  • Modernized Header Design for the Mobile Version

To create a uniform and modern design between the web and mobile applications of Operations1, we have updated the header color scheme in the mobile version.

By adjusting the color in the native app’s top bar, core functions are now more prominently visible to users. Notifications and primary functions are now easier to recognize in the familiar Operations1 blue.

  • Permission Update for Pushing a Document/Report to a User

Through the Public API, a document or report can now be pushed directly to a user’s active screen. The required API permission "PUSH_INSTRUCTION_TO_USER" is now directly linked to the functional permission "Start from document", eliminating the need for complex configurations.

Fixed – Functional Impairments Corrected

  • The report sidebar in rules now closes correctly.

  • Steps in reports are now in the correct order, even if a module within a module is placed in the first position.

  • Reports once again display media correctly during execution when launched via an external link.

  • Work steps are properly removed from the user interface after multiple deletions in succession.

  • The search now only returns results that exactly match the input, excluding imprecise hits.

  • The unit of a numerical response interaction is now correctly displayed in externally shared reports.

  • A report with a signature interaction can now be completed without reloading the page.

  • The webhook for updating interaction values is now correctly triggered, even when access permissions are enabled.
